*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Helper to join our food service team. *Duties*
* Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards * Support kitchen staff with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety compliance * Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations throughout shifts * Ensure proper organization of ingredients and supplies for efficient kitchen operations * Assist with serving food to customers or guests as needed * Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to uphold a safe working environment * Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
*Experience*
* Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred * Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation processes is advantageous * Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus * Experience in the food industry demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic in fast-paced settings * Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks * Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service standards
