We're looking for an enthusiastic *Retail Store Manager* to lead our team at *Great Hobbies Mississauga*. This is an exciting opportunity to combine proven retail leadership with a genuine passion for the hobby industry.
*What you'll bring:*
* Previous retail management or supervisory experience * Strong knowledge of hobbies and hobby products (required) * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities * A passion for engaging with and growing our hobby community
*What you'll do:*
* Lead, coach, and support a high-performing retail team * Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day * Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory * Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow our local hobby community * Work every day surrounded by some of the coolest products in the industry
*Salary starts at $50,000*, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
