*Duties*
* Assist in feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of poultry to ensure optimal growth and wellbeing * Perform cleaning and sanitation of poultry housing, equipment, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene standards * Operate farm machinery such as feed dispensers, ventilation systems, and cleaning equipment with proper safety procedures * Conduct regular inspections of poultry houses and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential issues * Handle heavy lifting tasks involving feed bags, equipment parts, or other materials necessary for daily farm operations * Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
*Requirements*
* Mechanical knowledge or experience operating farm machinery is highly desirable * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday * Basic understanding of farm safety procedures and animal care practices * Prior experience in poultry farming or agricultural work is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
