Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
