About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Package take-out food. Portion and wrap foods. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Take customers' orders. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Reliability. Team player. Experience: No experience (will train). Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
