Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Usability testing. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
