Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Establish work schedules. Food safety/handling skills. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day.
