As a Roadway Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with professional engineers as you gain real-world work experience and learn skills not taught in the classroom. Work as part of the roadway team under the direction of Senior Roadway Engineers to perform roadway design for transportation projects You will assist with a range of project assignments Your work will include design, calculations, and plan development Use computer aided drafting and design (CADD) software to prepare plan sets for bidding and construction Learn the standards and tools of the trade so you can apply this knowledge to produce quality deliverables Coordinate your work & school schedule with team members
