This Software Engineer role is a full-stack position designed for a versatile developer who excels at deep-dive troubleshooting and platform evolution. You will join a collaborative environment focused on maintaining service reliability, resolving critical core-platform issues, and rapidly shipping high-impact features. Investigate and resolve critical functional and performance issues across the core platform. Implement new features, tooling, and performance improvements to prevent issue recurrence. Collaborate closely with other engineers, QA, customer support to escalate and solve complex problems. Design and utilize AI agents to automate root cause analysis and streamline incident response.
