Salary Range : $17.35-$20.40 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location) Location: Lewisville, TX Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard Assist with building and common area maintenance Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment
