Newfire is seeking engineers who problem-solve, build, and understand the methodologies and underlying concepts of software engineering. As an experienced engineer, you will join the team with the autonomy and decision rights to immediately begin shaping our healthcare data ecosystem for our clients. Our goal is to connect the world’s health data and as an Engineer you will work on the architecture and design level solutioning of our product while also driving implementation and helping to mentor other team members. Support and enhance existing platforms Work on multiple projects at once while prioritizing them in a timely manner. Architect and develop solutions and provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle Develop accurate time-estimates for work assignments and communicate with engineering management and team leaders on task prioritization, scheduling, and coordination Provide technical input and knowledge to your team for the planning, design, and requirements process for new products and features As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.
