Responsibility for ensuring the workplace is kept spotlessly clean Monitoring the quality of goods and food served Serving meals at the specified times Checking, storing and preparing existing and delivered goods Serving meals in the staff canteen Cleaning, maintaining and storing crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and canteen areas, as well as the F&B back-office area Proper use and maintenance of the machinery and equipment provided Preparing meals in accordance with the instructions of the station chef, head chef or sous-chef
