Restaurant Les Saisons: Serving food and drinks and replenishing the food and drinks buffet Participation in weekly training courses Working according to Kempinski standards Welcoming and looking after guests Bread, butter and water service Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening Daily mise en place work and buffet service Cleaning work in the restaurant and office Room Service: Taking orders in German and English Preparing orders and providing in-room service Loading trolleys with orders Conducting sales conversations – upselling Organising and distributing treatments Various cashier duties (Micros System) Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks Distributing treatments Setting up treatments Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards
