What You'll Do As a Travel Heavy Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key partner to Center Directors and a visible leader across our fleet of businesses. You will lead from the front on the donor floor, taking ownership of key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience. You will be a key part of the culture - jumping in wherever necessary and creating a positive environment for the team and our donors. You will play a key role in supporting and improving centers in transition, providing guidance and support for growing centers, and filling leadership gaps where needed. This role is expected to travel up to 75%. You are someone comfortable organically building buy-in and operating autonomously. Compensation: $65k + benefits Travel: travel required up to 75%, 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided; Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor, keeping things moving, and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention. Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance. Lead by example and coach team members in real time. Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections. Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies. Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability. Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, share updates, and keep everyone focused on the day’s priorities.
