This approach gives team members the flexibility to work remotely while also coming together in the office for collaboration and teamwork. About the Role Intermedia is looking for a Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience to contribute to the development of our IP phone configuration server. The role involves regular collaboration with Product Owners and Development and QA Leads. Analyze phone configuration documentation and create integration specifications aligned with Intermedia’s Call Server requirements. Lead the implementation and validation of changes to support new and updated phone models. Investigate complex issues involving VoIP, SIP, networking, endpoint devices, and device configuration. Create and maintain technical configuration guides for Development, QA, and Support teams. Implement analytics and usage metrics, and perform profiling and performance optimization of the phone provisioning server. Develop and maintain high-quality, maintainable code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Provide technical guidance and contribute to development and testing best practices. Continuously develop technical knowledge of VoIP technologies, endpoint devices, and provisioning mechanisms.
