We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and service-focused Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them. If you have experience in veterinary medicine, human healthcare, dental, specialty medical practices, or another client-focused healthcare environment , we'd love to meet you. As a Client Service Representative, you'll help create a welcoming and efficient experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Schedule appointments and manage daily hospital scheduling Answer phones and respond to client questions with empathy and accuracy Coordinate patient check-in and check-out Support clients through routine visits, illness, surgery, and unexpected emergencies Help create a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and their families Client Communication & Education You'll become a trusted resource for our clients by helping them understand: Preventative care recommendations Wellness visits and vaccinations Medication refill requests Surgery and appointment preparation Hospital policies and treatment estimates Post-visit instructions and follow-up care Hospital Operations Maintain accurate client and patient medical records Process invoices and client payments Prepare treatment estimates and explain financial options Coordinate communication between doctors, technicians, and clients Support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital Assist with administrative projects as needed Team Collaboration You'll work closely with our veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants, and leadership team to help ensure every patient receives exceptional care while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
