What you will be doing: Performs direct-to-consumer sales duties for phone-in and walk-in customers and manages store displays. Manages the Drive Thru operations and/or Customer Relations, where applicable (supervisory duties). Support the Store Manager in the management of staff and daily operations of the store. Make bottled water and/or salt deliveries, as required or assigned. Able to successfully resolve problems involving service, deliveries, or water treatment systems performance. Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation. Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. What you need: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required). One to two years of relevant experience/education in sales, customer service, or a related field (required). Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history (required).
