EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while building and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians doing meaningful work every day. Day to day, you'll: Provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions Supervise, mentor, and support outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff Maintain a small clinical caseload, delivering direct patient care and modeling best practices in assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives
