The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for team leadership and full-stack development of CFRA’s next generation of web applications using a modern technology stack: React and Python on AWS cloud infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to make a big impact on both the team and the organization by being part of the initial design and development of a new customer-facing application framework that will serve as the foundation for all future web development at CFRA. Develop high-quality, high-performance, scalable applications using best practices and the latest generation of technologies Mentor and work with a skilled team while shaping the future of our products Work collaboratively with product and technical stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements Provide recommendations for proposed solutions Review and validate solution designs from other team members Perform design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions Provide technical leadership to a team throughout a project lifecycle Follow Agile best practices effectively and actively participate in all scrum ceremonies.
