ACDS is seeking a detailed oriented and customer-focused Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Intake Coordinator who is well versed to support the administration of affordable housing programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring compliance with Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) and related housing program requirements. The Intake Coordinator will guide applicants through the process, verify eligibility, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support equitable access to housing opportunities General responsibilities include processing and evaluating applications, conducting preliminary interviews to determine program eligibility, and ensuring compliance with all program guidelines. The MPDU Intake Coordinator will analyze applicants’ financial information, support compliance reporting, participate in audits, maintain strict confidentiality, and assist with program evaluations. This role also includes conducting community outreach and marketing for workshops, as well as coordinating with developers, property managers, lenders, and other partner agencies to support successful program implementation.
