About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Sales Operations & Account Support Manage day-to-day sales operations, including processing orders, preparing quotations, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. 2.Client Relationship Maintenance Proactively follow up on customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, handle re-orders, and identify potential upsell opportunities. 3.Market Intelligence & Sales Analytics Maintain and update the CRM system to provide the sales team with accurate data for strategic decision-making. 4.Product Portfolio Support Develop a deep understanding of our comprehensive range of products to provide accurate technical and commercial support to clients, including: • Components: Power, Passive, Peripheral, Communication, Memory. • Equipment: Precision Inspection Systems. 5.Sales Process Optimization & Pioneering Collaborate with the management team to establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new Inside Sales department.
