An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Services to drive the implementation of a targeted transformation programme focused on reducing community wait times across our services.
Main duties of the job
The candidate will be based within the Trust's community sites, with ability to travel within Central Cheshire for short notice meetings/workshops as required by the project.
Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment the candidate will work closely with the programme leads and key stakeholders across the organisation/local health economy to deliver this time critical project.

The post holder will collaborate with stakeholders in order to achieve agreed project objectives and deliver specific initiatives associated with improving adult community wait times.
Day to day duties will be associated with implementing changes and delivering significant and sustainable improvements within the services through collaboration with stakeholder organisations.

Person Specification
Driving licence Essential
Valid driving licence for the UK and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Qualifications Essential
Degree level or equivalent experience within NHS of 5 years or more Proven application of project/service improvement tools and techniques to improve health services Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects/initiatives in complex and challenging environments Evidence of CPD (including change management) or post graduate training
Desirable
Knowledge of Lean or Managing Successful Programmes Appreciative enquiry and solution based methodology
Experience Essential
Project management and quality improvement experience within the NHS Confidently prepare and lead multiagency improvement/transformation workshops, adapting and flexing to respond to audience participation Ability to represent and deputise with confidence senior members of the team
Skills Essential
Ability to manage multiple/diverse complex tasks requiring analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple agencies (both public, private, third sector and voluntary sector) Clear ability to demonstrate "people skills", with a focus on listening to understand. Persuasive and effective communicator and negotiator with highly developed influencing skills. Ability to prioritise and manage demanding workloads, working to tight and often challenging timescales with an awareness of how to manage own stress (resilience).
