Job summary An exciting six months secondment opportunity has arisen in the Resource Scheduling Department. The Resource SchedulingLeadis responsible forthe supervision of a team of local scheduling Senior Coordinators and Coordinators, ensuring the best possible resourcing decisions are taken for their area. The role requires the post holder to ensurebestfit allocation of shifts tooptimizeperformance, ensure effectiveutilizationof GRS (or equivalent rostering system), and provide advice and support on the future allocation of resources within Operations. Key performanceobjectiveswill include the management of overtime, reductions in downtime, managementof abstraction levelsincluding a focus on annual leave and training requirements,and to create and support a positive working culture within the Resource Scheduling Department.The role will provide insight and support to the Heads of Service and Operational Managers in their area, giving assurance to all resourcing matters.
