As our Specialist, Organisational Change Management, you’ll play a key role in a high-profile transformation that is modernising testing, quality engineering and ways of working across the organisation. Working alongside engineering leaders, delivery teams and strategic partners, you’ll help people navigate change with confidence, build capability for the future and bring new practices to life. This is a max-term full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). What You'll Do • Lead the change approach for a large-scale testing and quality engineering transformation, supporting the adoption of new tools, practices and capabilities. • Partner with engineering leaders, delivery teams and key stakeholders to build understanding, alignment and momentum for change initiatives. • Design and deliver practical change strategies, communications and engagement activities that help people successfully adopt new ways of working. • Facilitate workshops, learning experiences and capability uplift activities that strengthen confidence and readiness across teams. • Assess organisational impacts, identify risks and develop targeted actions that support positive change outcomes for individuals and teams. • Measure adoption and effectiveness using feedback, insights and data to continuously improve change activities and outcomes. • Contribute to broader engineering transformation initiatives, bringing a people first perspective to complex technology change. What You'll Bring • Experience supporting complex organisational change within technology, digital or engineering environments. • Ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. • A practical approach that balances structure with flexibility and continuous learning. • Confidence navigating ambiguity and adapting plans as priorities and needs evolve. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences. • Experience working in agile environments or alongside technology delivery teams is valued. • Curiosity, empathy and a genuine passion for helping people through change.
