As a Senior Analyst, Pricing Integrity, you’ll investigate pricing issues, uncover customer impacts and deliver accurate remediation outcomes that make a real difference. Working alongside pricing, product, operations and technology, you’ll combine deep data analysis with practical problem solving. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex work, coach and mentor analysts and help shape smarter ways of working through innovation and the thoughtful use of new technologies.
This is a 6 month fixed term role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You'll Do
• Analyse pricing issues from end to end, reviewing documentation, assessing impacts and developing clear approaches to identify affected customers.
• Conduct data validation, cleansing and integrity checks to ensure accurate, reliable analysis and customer remediation outcomes.
• Build and perform customer level calculations using large datasets, applying sound judgement and a strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with product, pricing and operational teams to understand issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Support and mentor analysts by sharing knowledge, reviewing work and encouraging analytical thinking.
• Improve processes and ways of working by exploring opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies effectively.
What You'll Bring
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with complex data.
• Experience interpreting datasets and turning insights into practical outcomes.
• Ability to manage work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity, critical thinking and a focus on quality and accuracy.
• A background in actuarial science, data science or a related quantitative discipline.
• Interest in learning new technologies and improving how work gets done.
• Exposure to insurance, banking or financial services is valued but not essential.
