Human by nature. We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Leader who brings not only operational experience but a continuous improvement mindset. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure smooth, safe and efficient warehouse operations while actively identifying improvement opportunities across processes, layout, workflows and team capability. You will use 5S, data analysis and continuous improvement tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, strengthen inventory accuracy and elevate operational discipline. Purpose Lead a shift of Warehouse Operators while driving operational excellence, standardization, and improvement initiatives that support production needs and prevent disruptions. Core Responsibilities Data‑Driven Planning
• Analyze production schedules, inventory trends and material flow data to anticipate needs and prevent bottlenecks. • Use KPIs to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions. • Prepare daily/weekly reports to support decision‑making and highlight improvement opportunities. 5S & Workplace Organization
• Implement and sustain 5S standards across the warehouse. • Conduct regular audits and lead corrective actions. • Optimize layout, storage logic and visual management tools. Continuous Improvement
• Identify process gaps and lead small‑scale CI projects (waste reduction, flow optimization, error‑proofing). • Standardize best practices and update SOPs. • Train operators on new processes and improvement tools. Operational Leadership
• Oversee receiving, shipping, staging, storage and documentation activities. • Ensure accurate batch recording, goods receipt issuance and labelling. • Monitor loading/unloading and material handling in compliance with EHS regulations. • Lead physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring stock accuracy and proper rotation. • Maintain equipment and report service needs promptly. People Management
• Guide, coach and develop Warehouse Operators. • Conduct performance evaluations and support capability building. • Promote a culture of discipline, safety and continuous improvement. Your Professional Profile
• Vocational diploma in logistics or related field. • 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations in a manufacturing environment. • 1+ years of experience in people leadership. • Experience with 5S, Lean basics, or CI methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, root cause analysis). • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory tools and material handling. • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions. • Solid understanding of EHS regulations and compliance. • Comfortable using desktop and handheld systems for real‑time inventory updates.
