Auditor – Retail Business As the Store Auditor, you will execute the global store audit program across our retail network in China, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements. You will identify operational risks, optimize store processes, and safeguard company assets through systematic audits and data-driven insights. You will be based in Shanghai and report directly to the Finance Director, Retail China. More about the role: In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing store audits, analyzing risks, monitoring key figures, and driving process improvements across our retail operations.

• Audit Planning & Risk Analysis : Conduct annual planning based on risk assessment and KPIs, ensuring optimal use of available resources. Perform local compliance and risk analysis related to store activities to identify and ensure compliance with requirements. • Data Monitoring & Continuous Audit : Monitor store key figures and perform regular data analyses as part of the store audit process (continuous audit), enabling early detection of anomalies and risks. • On-Site Store Audits : Execute store audits on site in line with the annual plan to check compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements. Audit overall store processes and control setups to identify non-compliance and control gaps. • Recommendations & Action Plans : Derive recommendations to address fraudulent factors, optimize store operations, minimize company losses, and secure business results. Monitor open action plans as a follow-up to store audits. • Reporting & Presentation : Prepare audit reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders including senior management, sales operations, and store teams, presenting audit results and recommendations effectively. • Special Audits & Investigations : Carry out special audits and investigations as required, addressing ad-hoc compliance or fraud concerns. • Global Collaboration : Participate in the global store audit community by sharing experience and contributing to global initiatives, ensuring alignment with international standards. More about you:

• Bachelor‘s degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in auditing, internal control, or operational trading Experience in retail or medical device industry is preferred. • Strong analytical skills and a structured, practice-oriented way of thinking and working, with a strong affinity for numbers. • High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and initiative. • Quick comprehension and good understanding of operational processes. • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and ability to work under pressure. • Good English proficiency (written and spoken). • Willingness to travel frequently (50-70% of working time) across China.
