The Role

As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will help drive acquisition and engagement strategies through digital campaign execution, marketing automation, reporting, and optimization efforts. This role serves as a key subject matter expert for email marketing and marketing technology platforms while partnering closely with marketing leaders, creative teams, content specialists, and external agency partners.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, display, video, and web channels.

• Manage and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities, including audience segmentation, data extensions, templates, landing pages, automation workflows, and campaign execution.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, and digital teams to build integrated, multichannel campaigns.

• Implement campaign tracking and quality assurance processes utilizing UTMs, dashboards, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.

• Create and maintain campaign landing pages, microsites, and digital assets using HTML and CSS.

• Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, CRM reporting, and vendor platforms, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Partner with agency vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery and optimization.

• Support broader digital initiatives including web maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, and marketing technology enhancements.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital space. Two years of email platform management or email marketing campaigns preferred. Similar experience in the web or analytics space may qualify. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS required. Excellent writing and communications skills are required. Licensure: None.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience Technical skills – Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred), Additional Google certifications (preferred)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs

The pay range for this role is $65,208.00 - $93,161.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
