Build the growth engine for King’s next hit

New Games is where King explores what is next: new game ideas, new player experiences and new ways to grow. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to sit at the heart of one of our New Games teams and help turn early concepts into games players want to discover, try and keep playing.

This is not a traditional, campaign-led marketing role. You will be an embedded, hands-on growth partner from the earliest stages of development - working alongside Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics and Creative to make smarter bets, test them quickly and learn faster.

You will bring a growth-hacker mindset: spot an opportunity, form a sharp hypothesis, build the test, read the signals and decide what happens next. Some experiments will not work. That is part of the job. What matters is the quality and speed of the learning, and how you turn it into a better game and a stronger route to market.

This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role for someone who enjoys doing, not delegating. You will be broad across marketing, comfortable picking up work wherever it is needed, and excited to use AI tools to increase the pace and quality of your output. One week you might shape a player proposition, the next launch a creative test, interrogate funnel data or streamline how the team learns from experiments.

If you want to help build a game from concept - and get meaningful marketing tests into market within weeks - this could be your next move.

Your role within the Kingdom

As Growth Marketing Manager, New Games, you will:

• Embed in a cross-functional game team and influence product, player and growth decisions from concept through launch. • Identify the biggest growth questions early, turn them into focused hypotheses and run rapid tests to answer them. • Design and execute marketing experiments across propositions, audiences, channels, creative, store presence and early-player journeys. • Bring performance marketing thinking into product development, connecting acquisition, conversion, retention and player value to product choices. • Use player research, market signals, competitor analysis and data to uncover opportunities - and make clear recommendations. • Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, Development and central King teams to align on priorities, unlock expertise and move work forward. • Build practical test-and-learn processes that make the team faster, clearer and more effective over time. • Roll up your sleeves across the marketing mix: briefing creative developing positioning, analysing results, writing test plans and communicating the story behind the data. • Use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly to accelerate research, ideation, analysis, production and operational work. • Communicate decisions and learning clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, creating alignment without slowing momentum.

What you will bring

Experience and mindset

• Experience in growth, performance, product, brand or consumer marketing within games, entertainment, apps or another digital consumer business. • A demonstrable bias for action: you can take an ambiguous problem, create a plan and deliver a useful first version quickly. • A test-and-learn mentality. You are comfortable taking smart risks, learning from setbacks and changing course when the evidence says to. • Strong commercial and analytical instincts, with the ability to turn data into practical next steps. • Comfort working in a fast-moving, start-up-like environment where priorities evolve and there is no large support team behind every task. • Confidence collaborating across disciplines and influencing stakeholders with different perspectives. • Hands-on experience with AI tools, or strong curiosity and evidence that you actively use them to improve how you work.

Games and player understanding

• Genuine curiosity about casual games and the people who play them. • A clear point of view on casual games marketing: what is working, what is broken and what you would test differently. • If you have not worked extensively in casual games, you can show that you understand the category, its players and the distinct challenges of marketing it. • Curiosity about culture, entertainment and emerging player behavior - not just established marketing playbooks.

Who you are

You are likely someone who:

• Loves the blank page and the momentum of building something new. • Moves quickly without losing sight of the player or the commercial objective. • Enjoys wearing many hats and does not wait for a specialist team to make progress. • Can be strategic and highly practical in the same day. • Challenges assumptions constructively and brings others with you. • Sees process improvement as a growth lever, not an administrative exercise. • Gets energy from close, on-site collaboration with a game team.

Why New Games at King? You will have the freedom and proximity of a small, ambitious game team, paired with the reach, craft and player understanding of King. Your work will shape real product decisions early when insight, creativity and a great experiment can have an outsized impact. Come help us make the next generation of King games impossible to ignore.
