DESCRIPTION How you will make an impact: You will work with project managers, designers, operations teams, and clients to complete label service projects, ensuring all files comply with client requirements. What you will do:

• Work with LPM, designer, operation, and client to complete label service projects • Inspect and approve label proofs and links reports, ensure all files are compliant with client requests, record and feedback all issues • Work with internal and external teams to solve any issues in label service providing • Assist with entering data into proprietary software • Train new members of the department on work instructions and software • Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility • Demonstrate and model the company values (4I's – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement) • Offer process improvements to identify opportunities to improve products, processes and environment • Assist in all pre and post printing processes associated with production jobs as directed by the Team Leader or manager • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs REQUIREMENTS How you will get here: Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above Knowledge & Skills:

• Good oral and written English language skills • Careful and attentive work, strong concentration • Demonstrates a basic understanding and ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions to problems • Ability to multi-task to optimize production while maintaining the highest quality standards • Good communication and coordination skills; customer and detail oriented; good anti-pressure ability • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork when necessary to ensure jobs are completed per established timelines • Strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organization Preferred Experience:

• Experience in label design review or pharmaceutical industry quality inspection experience; knowledge of GxP requirements is preferred Location: Suzhou, China Reports to: Operation Excellence Manager
