Job Posting Description: At Franciscan Children's, our Medical Social Workers are vital members of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping children with complex medical and rehabilitation needs achieve the best possible outcomes. • Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic support for families. • Connect families with community resources and coordinate care across the continuum. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, child life specialists, psychologists, and community partners. • Serve as a liaison with agencies such as DCF when appropriate. • Promote trauma-informed, family-centered care. What You'll Bring Required • Master's Degree in Social Work • Massachusetts LICSW (or license eligible) • Experience supporting children and families with complex needs Preferred • Experience in a pediatric or medical setting • 3 to 5 years of clinical experience • Interest in supervising social work students or clinicians
