Senior Delivery Lead
Job description: Lead end-to-end service delivery for telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and issues proactively. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring third-party deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. Implement and enforce best practices in Agile, and DevOps methodologies for continuous improvement. Provide strategic direction to enhance delivery efficiency, optimize workflows, and improve overall performance. Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement solutions that align with customer needs. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance. Stay updated with the latest telecom industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery/project management within the telecom sector Strong knowledge of telecom network architectures, OSS/BSS, and cloud-based telecom solutions. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies. Proven experience in stakeholder management, and customer engagement. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Familiarity with 5G, IoT, and emerging telecom technologies is a plus Certifications in PMP, Agile, or telecom-related domains are preferred.
