Job description: Role Summary InterSystems HealthShare Administrator with expertise in healthcare interoperability, HL7/FHIR integrations, and enterprise API management using Kong Gateway and InterSystems API Manager (IAM). Experienced in administering IRIS for Health environments, securing healthcare APIs, implementing API governance, troubleshooting interoperability productions, and managing high-availability healthcare integration platforms.Core Responsibilities and Technical Skills HealthShare / IRIS Platform Administration
• Installation, configuration, and upgrade of InterSystems HealthShare and InterSystems IRIS for Health • Namespace, database, and interoperability production management • Managing Health Connect / Ensemble production • FHIR integrations • Interface monitoring and troubleshooting • Message routing, transformation, and DTL/BPL development • Business Services, Processes, and Operations configuration • SSL/TLS certificate management • Audit logging and healthcare compliance support (HIPAA) • Backup, disaster recovery, and mirror configuration • Linux administration InterSystems API Manager (IAM) + Kong Integration Skills InterSystems API Manager (IAM) is powered by Kong Gateway and is designed to govern and secure APIs exposed from InterSystems IRIS platforms.IAM Administration
• Installation and configuration of InterSystems API Manager • Understanding IAM architecture powered by Kong Gateway • Managing IAM services, routes, consumers, and plugins • Integrating IAM with HealthShare and IRIS APIs • API traffic governance and monitoring • Securing FHIR and REST endpoints • Developer portal configuration • API authentication and authorization policies DevOps / Cloud Skills
• AWS / Azure / GCP deployments • Terraform or infrastructure-as-code • GitHub Actions/GitLab CI • Linux shell scripting • Python or ObjectScript scripting • Git version control • Monitoring Security & Compliance Skills
