Job description: • MFT Administrator, if the candidate have scripting knowledge its advantage, • Knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, • Security concepts like encryption and description, digital certificates. • Integrating file transfer systems with EFT application, database, cloud services. • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify and resolve the issues. • They should be also handling incident, change, Problem management process , working with different stakeholders, customers etc • Application support experience
