Software Engineer
Job description: Key Responsibilities
Custom Development: Write and deploy custom code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Automation & Configuration: Design automated processes, workflows, and approval processes using declarative tools like Salesforce Flow.
System Integration: Connect Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Data Management: Manage data migration, imports/exports, and ensure data integrity across CRM databases.
Campaign & Journey Management: Build, test, and deploy automated, multi-channel customer journeys (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, SMS, and email) using SFMC Journey Builder
Personalization & Development: Use platform-specific scripting languages (like AMPscript) and front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to design dynamic, personalized email templates and CloudPages
System Integration: Connect SFMC with external APIs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRM platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot bugs, and conduct code reviews to ensure system stability.
Essential Qualifications
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, security models (Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules), SOQL, and SOSL.
Core Studio Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
Certifications: Standardized credentials such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform App Builder.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
