Required • Program Delivery & Governance: Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site SAP programs – implementations/rollouts, Development, AMS etc., ensuring adherence to scope, time, quality, and budget. • Commercial & P&L Management: Manage Statement of Work (SoW) financials, billing milestones, vendor/contractor performance, and change request management. • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary executive escalation point for clients, steering committees, and strategic third-party partners. • Resource & Risk Management: Establish PMO operations (tracking RAID logs, dependencies, and quality gates), drive capacity planning, and lead global delivery teams. • Pre-Sales & Practice Support: Assist Sales with scoping assessments, resource estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations.
Preferred • Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, core business processes, and deployment methodologies (SAP Activate). • Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional team management, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication skills. • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or official SAP Activate/S/4HANA certifications are strongly preferred.
