Communications Specialist

As part of a large‑scale global transformation, a world‑leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world‑class standards. We are seeking a Communications Specialist. You tasks in detail: • Execute communication and engagement plans aligned with global GBS priorities and transformation initiatives. • Create and distribute communication materials including newsletters, presentations, intranet content, leadership messages, announcements and event communications. • Support the rollout of the global communication model for GBS globally, helping to ensure consistent and effective communication across functions, markets and stakeholders. • Maintain and manage communication calendars, distribution lists, communication channels and engagement platforms. • Develop and maintain change and communication toolkits, templates, guides and supporting materials. • Track communication and engagement metrics, preparing regular reports and insights on reach, participation and effectiveness. • Coordinate with Corporate Affairs, Communications, HR, Legal and other functional teams to ensure communications are aligned and compliant. • Research and coordinate participation in external engagement opportunities such as employer branding events, industry forums and talent attraction activities. • Organize engagement activities such as townhalls WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field • 3+ years’ experience in (internal) communications, change management. • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Experience creating communication materials across multiple channels (email, intranet, presentations, digital platforms, townhalls, events) • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Canva Nice to have: • Experience within a GBS, shared services or multinational organisation. • Exposure to organizational transformation, process improvement or digital transformation programs. • Familiarity with employee listening tools, communication analytics or engagement platforms. • Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter. Skills & Behaviours • Strong execution and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs on time. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences. • Strong content development and storytelling capabilities across a range of communication formats. • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished and engaging communications. • Customer and employee-focused mindset with an interest in understanding stakeholder needs and improving employee experiences. • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Basic understanding of change management principles and employee adoption practices. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback, engagement metrics and survey results to identify insights and opportunities. • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate events, communications and engagement activities simultaneously. • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a global team and contributing to shared objectives.
