Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level GXP Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for learning, technology, and helping others succeed. You will play a critical role in onboarding and training our customers on our GXP-compliant software solutions. This position will initially focus on the creation and maintenance of engaging training materials utilizing cutting-edge AI tools and learning platforms, alongside providing Tier 1 customer support. With mentorship and development, you will progress towards delivering live training sessions and eventually representing our company at customer sites. Responsibilities:

• Training Material Development: • Transform recorded training presentations (webinars, demos) into comprehensive, accurate text transcripts using AI-powered transcription tools. • Utilize AI voice cloning/text-to-speech technology to create professional-quality audio narration for training materials. • Develop interactive Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules using H5P within the LearnDash Learning Management System (LMS). • Design and implement knowledge checks, quizzes, and final exams within LearnDash to assess customer understanding. • Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect software updates, new features, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and GxP compliance of all training content.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: • Upload, organize, and maintain training videos and materials within the LearnDash LMS. • Manage user enrollments and track learner progress. • Generate reports on training completion rates and learner performance.

• Tier 1 Customer Support: • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat regarding basic software functionality and training resources. • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members. • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system. • Contribute to the creation of FAQs and knowledge base articles.

• Professional Development: • Actively participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of our software and GxP regulations. • Work towards becoming a certified trainer for our software solutions. • Prepare for and participate in customer site visits as skills and confidence grow (future responsibility).

Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Comfort and aptitude for learning new software tools and technologies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills and Education: Background in GIS, remote sensing or related field Experience with AI-powered transcription or text-to-speech tools Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
