Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking a Mechanical Technician with experience in soldering and assembly for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your skills in manufacturing. You will work in a manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities. Key Roles, Accountabilities and Responsibilities: • Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery. • Performs electronic and mechanical assembly operations such as wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, high value torqueing and extensive attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products. • Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. • Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

Required Skills and Education: • Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings. • Experience working with large complex builds. • Ability to become solder certified. • Effective communication and team work.
Preferred Skills and Education: • Computer literacy • Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly • Soldering Experience Per J-STD • Ability to communicate well with others
