Key Responsibilities

• Lead a product line operation including production, manufacturing engineering, and support functions through a matrixed organizational model • Establish a culture of performance, accountability, and continued improvement grounded in safety, quality, and employee engagement • Own strategic plans for a product line to support Site Operations roadmap • Partner with operational excellence teams to drive Lean transformation across manufacturing processes, emphasizing flow, efficiency, and defect reduction • Manage operations cost performance, capital expenditures, and discretionary budgets aligned to business area goals • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure seamless program execution, product introduction, and customer delivery for your business area • Develop and execute a comprehensive training and capability development plan to strengthen operations and create strong talent pipeline

Required Skills and Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or related technical field or 8+ years of progressive leadership in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other related manufacturing experience Skills: • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans. • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. • Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. • Project Management: Expert project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives. • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.

Preferred Skills and Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience leading manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams. • Experience in Lean Six-Sigma and continuous improvement background preferred.
