We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic leader for select programs. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will:
• Lead Strategic Execution: Oversee all aspects of program supply chain strategy, including procurement, subcontracts management, and planning to ensure alignment between functional goals and program execution. • Drive Program Success: Act as the single point of escalation for supply chain issue resolution, ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and schedule targets. • Manage Strategic Relationships: Collaborate with supplier leadership to manage key partnerships and ensure the delivery of all contracted requirements. • Optimize Resources: Allocate supply chain resources effectively and develop programmatic strategies that address specific business requirements. • Mitigate Risk: Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for the business. • Mentor and Lead: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subcontract project management, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as an engaged member of the program team, advising leadership on all aspects of supply chain execution and facilitating communication between functional teams.

Required Skills and Education: • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across functional boundaries. • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies and applicable federal regulations.
Preferred Skills and Education: • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. • 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. • Experience working within the defense industry or with government contracting requirements. • Experience managing a portfolio of programs (program family) rather than a single project.
