About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our London team. In this role, you’ll use your skills in React and Java or Python to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. You’ll actively mentor less experienced engineers, helping them grow while contributing to some of our most impactful projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop web applications and backend services using React and Java or Python
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality products
Actively mentor and support less experienced engineers
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and share best development practices
Solve problems creatively, with a focus on performance and customer needs
RequirementsProven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally in a mid-level capacity
Strong frontend skills with React
Solid backend experience with Java or Python
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
