Main duties of the job We are looking for a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. You will support residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing by providing personalised care, companionship, and practical support tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Working alongside colleagues, families, and wider care teams, you will help create a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and connected. Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
