Job summary
As a Healthcare Assistant working permanent night shifts, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred end of life care to patients in their own homes across North Wales. Working overnight, you will provide compassionate support during a time when patients and their families often need reassurance, comfort, and responsive care the most.

Working under the guidance of registered professionals, you will support patients with personal care, symptom management, mobility, comfort measures, and emotional support, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and dignified throughout the night.
You'll be responsible for recognising and responding to changes in a patients condition, escalating concerns appropriately, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care and contributing to individualised care plans.
This is a rewarding and hands-on role where you'll make a meaningful difference to patients and families during some of the most important moments of their lives, while supporting Marie Curies commitment to delivering exceptional end of life care around the clock.
