We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Digital Learning Partner to join our Digital Learning Team within the People & Culture Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of digital learning across the Trust, helping colleagues develop the knowledge and confidence required to effectively use clinical and corporate systems. Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will play a key part in supporting digital transformation, system implementation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
As a Digital Learning Partner, you will deliver engaging training and user support for a range of digital systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Order Communications, Microsoft Office applications and other Trust systems.
You will work with colleagues at all levels to ensure staff are supported throughout their digital learning journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering digital systems training through classroom sessions, virtual learning, one-to-one coaching and group workshopsSupporting users during system implementations, upgrades and service changesDeveloping and maintaining training materials, user guides and digital learning resourcesProviding first-line support and guidance to users regarding digital learning and training queriesSupporting digital adoption and helping colleagues build confidence in technologyGathering user feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital learning services

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience delivering training, coaching or user support within a digital, IT, healthcare or learning environment. Experience supporting users to develop new skills and confidence in digital systems. Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills. Experience creating or updating learning materials and user guidance. A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learning and change. The ability to organise and prioritise workloads while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications Essential
Educated to degree level and/or equivalent level of experience in people/ HR related role Evidence of continuous professional development
Experience Essential
Experience delivering instructional training on complex clinical and electronic health record systems Experience delivering training, coaching or user support within a digital, IT or learning environment
Desirable
Experience supporting implementation or rollout of digital systems
