What You'll Do
Assist with residential HVAC installations Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment Safely use hand and power tools on the job Load and unload materials and equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, circular saws, and multi-tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
