GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• To assist in outpatient registration in respective clinics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Cordially receive all patients with or without appointment, which were directed from the Main Lobby, A&E and Special Diagnostic. • Ensure registration is made accordingly (patient demographic, preparation of forms and mandatory open a file for new patient). • To trace, bind (accordance to the work instruction, policies and procedures) repair if necessary all case notes under his/her care. • Strictly maintained the confidentiality and safety of the patient at all time in the clinic, hospital a
