We are looking for a Team Leader to join us at iron Mountain.. The role centres on directing operational activities for a scanning department—spanning distribution, customer service, administration, human resources, and sales—aligned with divisional goals. A core responsibility involves providing continuous training, coaching, motivation, and professional development to the team.

• Workflow & Allocation: Directing the daily allocation of boxes based on current workloads and actively managing departmental workflows. • Performance Metrics: Meeting defined production goals and metrics while proactively locating areas for improvement to execute corrective actions. • Financial Stewardship: Controlling, reporting, and maintaining meticulous departmental records for expenditure and income against budgets established by the Imaging Manager. • Compliance & HR Administration: Conducting regular team meetings, resolving internal system or process complaints, and reviewing and approving critical HR records such as employee timesheets and leave applications.

About you: A successful professional in this role must demonstrate a structured approach to execution, balanced with strong interpersonal and regulatory compliance skills:

• Methodical Execution: Exhibiting outstanding planning capabilities, exceptional attention to detail at all times, and a comprehensive knowledge of record-keeping and reporting workflows. • Adaptability & Drive: Maintaining a results-driven, customer-focused approach with the functional flexibility to multitask and actively support the team environment. • Cultural Alignment: Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders across all organisational tiers, while thriving within a diverse, multi-cultural corporate footprint. • Governance Frameworks: Internalising company protocols, demonstrating competency in developing Quality Assurance (QA) policies, and maintaining a firm aptitude for executing Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements. • Functional Domain Expertise: Solid background in scanning operations, including a proven track record in people management, customer service delivery, and the successful deployment of divisional strategy. • Leadership Profile: Clear ability to navigate and guide structural or organizational changes while projecting a professional attitude, image, and operation. • Educational Threshold: Possession of a formal university degree or diploma, or a baseline minimum of two years of equivalent professional work experience.
