Your Team

As part of the Digital Experience Team, the Senior Analyst, will be part of the team in charge of bringing content developed by our partners and making it available across our digital platforms for our clients and investors. This role involves working with content producers and individuals from Technology to bring our digital experiences to life. The Web Experience and Production team is key to creating and maintaining our website presence for clients across North America and EMEA. This team is responsible for developing go-to-market digital experiences, regular BAU activities and implementing regulatory updates on our websites across these regions.

Your Role

• Help our business partners achieve their goals by leveraging digital services in the most effective way. • Play a part in Invesco’s digital transformation to new capabilities (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target) • Deliver creative content on our websites and assist in managing our digital platforms within North America and potentially EMEA. • If you think you have the profile to help us, we’d love to hear from you. • Manage and own the identification of areas where content templates and authoring processes can be improved and made more efficient. • Partner within documenting and organizing a library of new content modules, features, and templates. • Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Technology teams to understand updates and capabilities related to templates and content. • Ensure that published pages adhere to established best practices for content quality and consistency. • Produce cross-platform content experiences (articles, content pages, landing pages, etc) in the CMS. • Assist with tasks related to sizing and uploading images for content.

• Take ownership of individual projects and manage them within set timelines, demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility. • Collaborate with product leads and UX/UI team members to assist in implementing tests within Adobe platforms. • Assist in aligning website syndication with the editorial calendar to ensure content is published on schedule. • Identify and resolve broken links within content experiences. • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams alongside compliance and technical control teams to maintain appropriate standards and compliance within content.

The Experience You Bring

• 4-6 years of experience in digital content publishing, web production, or content operations across enterprise digital platforms. • Good hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring, publishing, and page maintenance. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing business-as-usual work with time-sensitive launches and regulatory updates. • Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and digital content best practices to ensure high-quality publishing standards. • Digital design skills, including a solid understanding of fonts, color palettes, photo image sizing. • Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.

Advanced Skills

• Previously worked within the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, including Adobe Experience Manager • Prior experience working within Financial Services and /or Asset Management is a plus but not required.

Academic requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related filed.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures. Normally a regular schedule of hours work, however hours may vary depending upon the project or initiative. Hours may include evenings and/or weekends.
