Huntsman is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide part-time support to four Finance Vice Presidents and their teams located at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with senior leaders, learns quickly, builds strong relationships, and helps teams operate smoothly. The position is designed for approximately 20-29 hours per week, with a minimum of 20 hours. Hours may vary based on business needs, workload, meetings, travel schedules, and special projects.
Job Scope The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Finance leaders and teams within The Woodlands. This role is responsible for coordinating travel, managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and supporting departmental initiatives while handling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness. In summary, as the Administrative Assistant, you will help keep Finance leaders and teams organized, prepared, and operating efficiently by:
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Organize and coordinate local and offsite meetings, conferences, receptions, and special events.
• Provide backup support to Executive Assistants and other administrative team members as needed.
• Order and maintain office supplies and business cards.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Process passport applications and work/travel visas.
• Create deposit records and process hard-copy check deposits for Treasury.
• Manage record retention and document archiving processes.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned, with the flexibility to support periods of higher workload when business needs increase.
Qualifications The successful candidate will bring a strong service mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced corporate environment. Preferred qualifications are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
Education required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Significant experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple Directors, Vice Presidents, or other executive-level leaders; 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating, planning, and managing local and offsite special events, executive presentations, and receptions.
Skills and Knowledge
• Professional, polished, and approachable communication style with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email management.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, priorities, and business needs.
• Ability to build a strong network with other administrative professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and consistently meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours within a part-time schedule based on business needs, including periods of higher workload, while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing assignments.

Working Environment
• Office-based position located at Huntsman's Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.
• Part-time position designed for approximately 20-29 hours per week, with a minimum of 20 hours and flexibility to support business needs during busier periods.
• Frequent interaction with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• May require occasional support for offsite meetings, events, and executive functions.
